Пришло смс сообщение о прибытии товара на почту, позвонили, посоветовали получить посылку в течение пяти дней для начисления кэшбека. Получила, оплатила, открыла дома, там вместо двух летних платьев 46-го размера оказалось шерстяное платье 52-го размера и две дешевых вещи для детей. Телефон, который на бланке посылки, нерабочий, а те, что звонили и советовали скорее выкупить, не отвечают. И где найти управу?
